Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Pediatric Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) will provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while managing a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, fostering strong therapeutic relationships Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments Collaborate with other specialty providers and maintain thorough clinical documentation Required qualifications Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania One year of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents One year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting Ability to work during core after-school hours, including evenings and weekends Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
