Reach Forklift OperatorLocation: Hialeah, FL 33018Pay: $18/hour2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - Finish (up to 6:00 AM)We're seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator, Stand Up Forklift, or Order Selector to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.Move, stack, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking systems.Perform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking tasks.Load and unload trucks as needed.Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of recent stand-up reach truck experience.Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems.Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Why Join Us?Stable, long-term opportunity.Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.Opportunity to grow your logistics and inventory skills.Work EnvironmentOpen-bay warehouse setting with active material handling operations.
