Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, responsible for supporting daily sales activities and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role coordinates appointment scheduling, follows up with leads, and assists with the sales pipeline to help the team meet revenue targets. The Sales Coordinator interacts with customers in person and by phone, providing clear information about services, pricing, promotions, and post-treatment expectations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in sales systems, preparing reports, and collaborating with the local and regional teams to implement sales initiatives. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with front-desk duties as needed, and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support daily sales processes and clinic performance. Candidates should possess customer-focused skills in Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance client experience. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and management. Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to assist with lead follow-up, promotion of services, and conversion of inquiries into bookings.
