TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Cath Lab License: NM/Compact License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS Must-Have: Cath Lab experience Ability to take call for STEMI or Vascular Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab. This role requires taking call for STEMI or Vascular procedures. There will be 8-12 days of call per month. The shift consists of 4 ten-hour days. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of Cath Lab experience. Additional skills required include cardioversion and monitoring procedural sedation. The patient age groups served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including physical therapy and pharmacy. Candidates will be responsible for circulating and scrubbing procedures, as well as managing dysrhythmias. There will be a daily census of 20-30 patients. All travelers may need to float to similar units as needed. Modules will be completed onsite during the initial orientation process. Prior staff must wait one year before returning. Travelers should be prepared to meet compliance requirements upon signing the contract.
