This involves direct collaboration with clients as a trusted advisor and overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative manufacturing and execution solutions within complex SAP landscapes.This is a unique opportunity to further develop expertise within SAP Digital Manufacturing and next-generation Manufacturing Execution environments, working on cutting-edge transformation programmes within the Life Sciences industry.The role will include but not be limited to:Collaborate closely with clients, supporting the implementation of cutting-edge SAP Manufacturing solutions within global transformation programmes.Execute the build, testing, and deployment phases within SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on Manufacturing Execution and shop floor processes.Design and optimise manufacturing execution and shop floor processes within global S/4HANA transformation programmes.Work across manufacturing execution, MES integration, batch management, traceability, and production planning processes.Thrive in a diverse environment, seamlessly working within multi-language, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary teams.Exceptional opportunity to further your training with our R&D functions, creating co-innovations with leading Life Sciences organisations to build industry-leading products and Digital Manufacturing capabilities.Actively contribute to your Tenthpin Community whilst working within an organisation that removes much of the traditional red tape of Consulting, giving you more time to focus on delivery, collaboration, innovation, and your own career progression.First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability, and the ability to bridge manufacturing business processes with scalable SAP solutions.You will also have relevant SAP Manufacturing expertise, including:At least 2 full project lifecycles as an SAP Manufacturing / PP-PI Consultant, with S/4HANA experience essential.Strong understanding of manufacturing and production execution processes, including MRP, batch management, production execution, shop floor processes, traceability, and MES integration concepts.Experience designing and supporting end-to-end manufacturing solutions across SAP manufacturing landscapes.Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams whilst maintaining a strong functional and business-focused approach.Understanding of SAP Manufacturing integration with other SAP modules including logistics, finance, quality management, and material management.Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM/DMC), SAP ME, SAP MII, MES/MOM environments, or broader Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives would be highly advantageous.A passion for Manufacturing Execution, Digital Manufacturing, and next-generation shop floor transformation.A proven track record within a ‘Big 4’, major SI, or specialist SAP Consulting organisation would be preferred.Experience within Life Sciences or regulated manufacturing industries, particularly pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, or chemicals, would be advantageous.Tenthpin is a Global Consulting and Technology Boutique for the Life Sciences industry.
