Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification. Valid driver’s license. Obtain a toolbox and required tools. Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude. What You’ll Do Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs. Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections. Diagnosing electrical systems and ABS brake system repairs. Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs. Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts. Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls. Maintaining a clean and organized shop, and servicing company vehicles. Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools.
