Sales Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team by managing incoming customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between customers and internal teams. The Sales Coordinator focuses on organization, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Manage incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals by gathering customer information and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
• Maintain and update systems, ensuring customer records, notes, and schedules are accurate and complete.
• Assist with managing backlogs, voicemail follow-ups, and online inquiries to support overall workflow.
• Support overall team efficiency by helping organizer workload and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in dispatch or field service management software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
