Facility Services Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview
We are looking for a senior leader in Honolulu, HI to head up facility services operations. You will be the main point of contact for our commercial clients, ensuring their buildings run smoothly while growing our service footprint across the island.

- You will improve the bottom line by tightening up how we manage projects and resources.
Responsibilities
- Create and run the annual business plan for the facility services department.
- Lead sales efforts to bring in new clients and secure long-term service contracts.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial estimates and design to final delivery.
- Manage the budget, including P&L responsibility and vendor negotiations.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of technicians and staff.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our service offerings competitive.
