Responsabilidades del Supervisor de Equipo de Construcción:

Supervisar de 4 a 6 miembros del equipo, delegar, capacitar y garantizar la seguridad
Asegurar que todo el trabajo de reparación de cimientos se realice de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y de la industria
Administración del sitio de trabajo: examinar e inspeccionar el progreso del trabajo
Operar de manera segura el equipo de la empresa
Mantener un sitio de trabajo limpio y Seguro

Requisitos:

Bilingüe (ingles) requerido
Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo o supervisión en construcción
Experiencia previa en reparación de cimientos es un plus
Servicio al cliente
Debe poder levantar 50 libras, agacharse y inclinarse
Debe estar cómodo trabajando al aire libre y caminando sobre terrenos irregulars
Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo favorable
Debe aprobar una prueba de drogas y verificación de antecedentes antes del Empleo
