This role is responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance repairs, and scheduled preventative maintenance for the facility, including equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure.How You'll Create Greater Impact:In this role, you'll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You'll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment and facilitiesRoutine inspections of machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair down production and building equipmentEnsure constant adherence with all company, state, and OSHA safety policies and proceduresMaintain proper housekeeping and organization of all work areasEnsure strict adherence with SQF (Safe Quality Food) code and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and standardsMaintain facility to state and OSHA standardsImmediately report all incidents or potential noncompliance regarding quality assurance or food safety to the Quality Assurance Manager or appropriate department supervisor/managerWhat You'll Bring to the Flock:We are one team — united by respect and a shared commitment to doing what's right.
