About the Role

Arrow Roofing is a GAF Gold Elite Commercial contractor on a strong growth trajectory, and we are expanding our footprint across the commercial roofing space in Colorado. We are hiring an experienced Commercial Project Manager / Salesperson to own the full commercial sales cycle — from generating opportunities through closing and managing projects to completion.

This is a role built for a proven commercial roofing professional who already has a book of business and is ready to grow it with a company that will fund the expansion. What You'll Do

• Own the full commercial roofing sales cycle — prospecting, estimating, proposals, negotiation, and close.

• Serve as the primary lead on all commercial business opportunities, building and managing a healthy pipeline.

• Leverage and grow an existing book of business while developing new relationships with property managers, GCs, building owners, and facility teams.

• Manage commercial projects from contract through completion, coordinating crews, schedules, and materials to protect quality and margin.

• Conduct roof inspections, assessments, and accurate scopes of work for repair, restoration, and replacement projects.

• Position Arrow Roofing's GAF Gold Elite credentials and enhanced warranty options (including the GAF Diamond Pledge NDL guarantee) to win work.

• Represent Arrow Roofing professionally at industry events, associations, and networking opportunities.

• Partner with leadership to shape the growth strategy for the commercial division.

What You Bring

• Proven commercial roofing sales and/or project management experience with a demonstrable track record of closing and delivering commercial projects.

• An established book of business and existing industry relationships you can bring and grow.

• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, coatings/restoration) and estimating.

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — comfortable owning your pipeline and results.

• Valid driver's license and ability to conduct on-site roof inspections.

• Comfort with CRM/estimating tools and standard business software.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of $150,000+ and no meaningful cap. Your income grows directly with the business you build.
