Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (Nevada Licensed) Position Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Remote (Must Hold Active Nevada SLP License) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseload Reports To: Director of Clinical Services About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students and/or clients throughout Nevada. This remote position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals improve their communication, language, and swallowing abilities through evidence-based virtual interventions. The ideal candidate is technology-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional therapy services in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs. Provide engaging, evidence-based teletherapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports. Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when applicable. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Ensure compliance with Nevada state regulations, professional standards, and HIPAA requirements. Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources effectively. QualificationsRequired Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred or required depending on assignment. Minimum of one year of clinical or school-based experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace. Ability to pass applicable background checks. Preferred Previous teletherapy experience. Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
