Step into a pivotal Speech-Language Pathology role supporting students across two schools with flexible contract options for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is based in the greater Albany, OR area and is open to SLPs with strong backgrounds in schools, pediatrics, healthcare settings, or teletherapy. Both Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply. Virtual service delivery is fully supported in this position.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP license required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Skilled at adapting therapy strategies for diverse student needs
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with onsite and remote teams
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and fully licensed SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in compliance with IEPs
- Manage full caseloads across two assigned schools (one FTE 0.8, one FTE 0.6 position)
- Deliver therapy virtually, ensuring accessibility and quality
- Document progress, participate in meetings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support district-mandated onboarding, training, and compliance requirements
