SALT M&A Senior Associate: Tax Strategy & Due Diligence

Grant Thornton is seeking a SALT Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Associate to join our tax team in Boston, MA. The role involves innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance on M&A projects for multiple clients. You will work closely with Transaction Services on tax aspects of deals, conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and help manage state tax exposure remediation.
