About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow within a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Manage and maintain calendars for team members, including scheduling interviews, meetings, and orientations
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to confirm interviews and provide status update
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking using Microsoft Excel
- Support leadership with ad hoc projects and administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet management
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritie
