Loan Officer - Ag/ Commercial on-site position We are growing and seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agricultura/ Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and authorize agricultural & commercial loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to assess borrower creditworthiness Business development which will consist of maintaining positive relationships with our current customers and fostering relationships, networking and community involvement in an effort to obtain new customers. Provide expert guidance on loan products, repayment options, and financial planning Monitor ongoing loan performance and conduct regular reviews to mitigate risk Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting agricultural/ commercial lending Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field 3 -5 years experience in agricultural and commercial lending Strong understanding of agricultural industry practices, credit analysis, and loan structuring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess financial data and make sound lending decisions Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Rollinghillsbank
