Job Description Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Required responsibilities include: Executing a full project lifecycle: case definition, benefits definition, business requirements, test planning and execution, and production rollout. Understanding the Firm’s and Operations’ strategic plans, business, process, and architecture to influence design and drive change conversations and collaborate with business units to streamline processes, mitigate risk, reduce cost, and improve service. Utilizing knowledge of proprietary systems, architecture, reporting technology, audit and regulatory methodology, and trade flows to manage and resolve cross‑program risks, issues, and dependencies. Leveraging operational policies, products and procedures across jurisdictions and customized industrialization tools for the Firm. Facilitating strategic decisions across delivery workstreams, ensuring design and implementation adhere to the Firm’s standards, technology, and strategy. Defining delivery and resource plans, managing stakeholder communication, and establishing program governance. Leading portfolio for change initiatives with significant focus on regulatory‑driven changes. Implementing and managing processes for effective risk management of regulatory changes going into production (release management, environment stability, UAT, regression, and production testing). Driving efficiency using BI technologies such as EazyBI, Alteryx, and Tableau. Job Requirements

• Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or related field and one year of experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or related field and three years of experience. Prior experience must include one year of experience with a Master’s degree or three years with a Bachelor’s degree covering:

Project management and change delivery principles and methodology. Leading strategic decisions across multiple workstreams to deliver projects on time. Defining roadmap delivery, managing stakeholders, and establishing governance frameworks. Analyzing metrics and visualizing data using analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap. Articulating business value propositions and identifying measures of success. Defining business scenarios and drafting requirements using tools like Blueprint, JIRA, or Confluence. Salary Range Annual base salary for this New York, New York based position is $103,000 - $153,280.
