Salesforce Developer / Integration Lead (Remote)

Salesforce Developer / Integration Lead
Remote

1. 7+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience, including senior-level ownership of complex workstreams, mentoring, and delivery quality.

2. Deep hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, platform events, APIs, security, packaging, testing, and release practices.

3. Demonstrated implementation experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, and the Salesforce Clean Energy Module.

4. Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, enterprise data models, and scalable Salesforce integration patterns.

5. Experience leading developers, reviewing code and configuration, resolving complex defects, and maintaining quality across onshore and offshore teams.

6. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks to business and technical stakeholders.

7. Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain decisions, document risks and dependencies, and collaborate directly with business and technology stakeholders.

9. Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate, with independent validation of outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Utility customer information system or clean-energy program transformation experience.

2. MuleSoft, SAP BTP, event-driven architecture, API-led integration, or enterprise data-platform experience.

3. Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, OmniStudio, Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud credentials.
