We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of executing large, complex projects independently. If you have a deep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C, we want to hear from you!In this role, we're looking for an experienced, future leader within our Project Management team. This will involve full scope project management responsibilities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.After training, this role will require travel 20% of the time to client project sites.What you will do:Change Control: Implement change control measures to manage modifications in project scope effectivelySchedule and Budget Management: Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time and within budget completionProblem-Solving: Investigate potential critical situations and take corrective actions proactivelyCompany Representation: Represent the company in project meetings and strategic sessionsCommunication: Effectively interpret and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end-usersReporting: Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and schedulingIf you thrive in a challenging environment and have a proven track record of successful project management in the water wastewater industry, we encourage you to apply. Join our team and contribute to delivering excellence in project executionWhat you bring:10+ years of project management experience within construction industry, water/wastewater industry and/or system integration is a plusDeep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C Understanding of applicable regulatory requirementsAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbalAct as a responsible company representativeRegularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologiesUnderstanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activitiesMust be willing to travel up to 20% Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction managementPMP certification$125,000 - $180,000 a yearPay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person’s qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future.
