About the Role RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling software Verify insurance information and assist with billing and co-pay collection Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and administrative staff Manage front desk supplies, mail, and general office organization Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Experience in a medical, therapy, or healthcare setting is a strong advantage Proficiency with scheduling software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to work with children and families Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities About Us RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is a dedicated therapy clinic, committed to helping children reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and speech therapy services.
