Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet goals within prescribed time and funding parameters. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs. Desired Attributes Thrives in fast‑paced environments under tight deadlines. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering with 10 or more years of post‑college experience. Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design‑build, and/or geotechnical contracting. Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software (preferred).
