Reporting Structure
This role operates at a high level of accountability and leadership within the clinic. You will report directly to the VP of Operations to align high-ticket sales strategies, maximize lead conversion, and drive overarching company growth.

The Role & What You’ll Do
As our Lead Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force of our clinic's revenue. You will handle your own pipeline of premium consultations while stepping in to lead, mentor, and co-close deals for our existing sales team. 

• Own the Consultation: Turn warm, incoming clinic traffic into high-ticket package sales ($1,200 - $7,000) through a deeply empathetic, consultative, and value-driven sales process.
• The Ultimate Closer: Step in to assist our existing sales reps, helping them overcome complex objections and locking in high-value agreements.
• Sales Leadership: Set the standard for sales excellence and optimize our conversion rates from our robust monthly marketing leads.
• Build Elite Relationships: Connect deeply with clients seeking life-changing aesthetic and health transformations, ensuring a luxury, white-glove experience from hello to close.

Who You Are (Requirements)
We are not looking for order-takers or casual salespeople. We are looking for the absolute best.

• Proven High-Ticket Experience: A minimum of 3–5+ years of verified success selling high-ticket packages ($1k+ minimum) specifically within the MedSpa, aesthetic, plastic surgery, or premium wellness industry.
• A Master Closer: You understand the psychology of luxury sales, know how to build deep emotional value, and possess a seamless, high-integrity closing style.
• Dynamic & Charismatic Leadership: You are an elite communicator who can instantly command trust, exude sophistication, and motivate peer sales reps to level up their game.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Thoroughly familiar with Body Contouring, Medical Weight Loss, Microneedling, RF Microneedling, and advanced non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Growth-Minded & Resilient: You thrive under pressure, love a high-volume environment, and are driven by uncapped commission structures.
