Knowledge and competence in the use of computers including word processing, spreadsheets and data base programs; willingness to upgrade skills as necessary. Ability to establish and maintain accurate files and records as required Ability to prepare and submit timely reports. Ability to meet the public and to develop and maintain positive working relationships with office co-workers, professional and non-professional staff and all units of the school district. Record of excellent, reliable attendance. Gather data and prepare reports as requested on various Buildings and Grounds and Transportation matters. Complete necessary forms for local, state, and federal agencies as directed. Arrange for bus driver substitutes as necessary and monitor phone and radio messages as necessary. Monitor district's central phone/information system. Handle routine correspondence. Provide support for district enrollment and child accounting. Perform other duties as may be assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full License as a school bus driver (CDL B + PS) Experience in school bus transportation. Roseville Community Schools
