9am -5pm Responsibilities Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise that typically requires a college degree or equivalent. Requires a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree in process or equivalent and no experience. Nice to have: Technical Writing, Drawing evaluation, Computer basics. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field Good understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems. Medical Device Experience is highly preferred Ability to evaluate manufacturing outcomes and implement improvements. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise. Excellent judgment and ability to work independently. Knowledge of technical writing, drawing evaluation, and computer basics is a plus.
