What You'll Do

As the AGMM, you’ll play a vital role in driving membership growth, enhancing member engagement, and supporting studio operations. Your responsibilities will span across sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring our studio thrives and delivers the exceptional Club Pilates experience we’re known for.

Membership Sales & Growth

• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals through lead generation, studio tours, and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with prospective members and educate them on memberships, class offerings, and benefits.
• Manage lead communication through our CRM system to maximize conversions.
• Execute outbound sales calls, text messages, and email campaigns to generate appointments and memberships.

Member Retention & Engagement

• Handle membership freezes, reactivations, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in line with company policies.
• Conduct monthly outreach to inactive members, encouraging their return and documenting interactions.
• Develop strategies to boost member engagement and reduce attrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships with members to enhance their studio experience.

Social Media & Community Marketing

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that reflects Club Pilates' culture and values.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new members and promote specialty classes.
• Coordinate local partnerships, community events, and grassroots marketing initiatives.

Retail & Inventory Management

• Maintain visually appealing and organized retail displays, refreshing them monthly.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Promote retail merchandise to enhance the member experience and increase revenue.

Studio Operations

• Support daily studio operations, ensuring the front desk is welcoming and organized.
• Assist with studio events, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Ensure the studio’s presentation aligns with Club Pilates brand standards.

Reporting & Performance

• Track and report key performance indicators, including member retention, retail sales, and marketing campaign results.
• Analyze data and recommend strategies to improve sales, retention, and member satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with the General Manager and Instructor Team to create an exceptional member experience.
• Share best practices in sales and customer service to support team training initiatives.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented studio culture.

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction with members and guests.
• Resolve member concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the Club Pilates brand in the studio and the local community.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
