Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Westmoreland Manor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values patient care and resident satisfaction.

This position requires orientation on various shifts; after completion of orientation possible opportunities are on 2:50PM-11:10P or for 12-hour shifts 6:50A-7:10P Variable Rotating OR 6:50P-7:10A VR which are scheduled for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, every other weekend off! The variable rotating option also has eight hours of “built in” overtime every other week!

Responsibilities:

• Administers medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitors resident's status and documents as necessary
• Provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (license)
• Physical ability to do heavy lifting
• Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening and tuberculosis testing
