Director; Corporate Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to act as the primary or secondary contact & advisor for clients & working closely with global & regional corporate banking teams & product partners. Coordinate the global client coverage effort & the execution of global strategies & cross selling to achieve growth in revenues & returns on capital. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 5 yrs exp. in: Applying advanced debt structuring methodologies to design & execute financing transactions across public & private markets, incl. fixed-rate, floating-rate, subordinated, & hybrid capital instruments; Utilizing financial modeling, credit rating assessment, & scenario-based sensitivity techniques to evaluate issuer creditworthiness & optimize pricing, tenor, & covenant structures.
