What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Service Advisor who understands that the job is about more than writing repair orders.

It's about earning the customer's trust.

The right person will be able to listen to customers, clearly communicate their vehicle's needs, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the entire service experience.

You'll be successful here if you:

• Genuinely enjoy working with people

• Deliver an excellent customer experience

• Communicate clearly and consistently

• Are comfortable recommending needed maintenance and repairs

• Can manage multiple customers and repair orders at once

• Work well with technicians, parts personnel, and management

• Follow through on commitments
