What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians

• Partner with families so every one of them feels like the only family we have

• Collaborate with a clinical team that values your judgment

What we're looking for

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)

• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process)

• Texas Medicaid ID

• Spanish Speaking

• Based in or near Weslaco, TX

• Pediatric ABA experience

• Someone who cares deeply about doing this right — and wants their work to truly matter
