Inventory Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves supporting litigation functions, coordinating workstreams within assigned torts, and mentoring legal support staff to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Duties Understand litigation requirements and translate them into operational activities. Maintain deadline controls and ensure escalation protocols are followed. Drive filing readiness by ensuring documentation supports timely decisions. Deliver a client experience based on trust, empathy, and insight. Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers. Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols. Manage post-filing litigation requirements, including pleadings and trial preparation. Oversee discovery workflow execution to maintain compliance. Collaborate to develop efficient procedures and improve workflows. Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance procedural knowledge. Requirements Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to build trust and engage clients professionally. Function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Work independently while collaborating with teams. Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Education: JD required. Certifications: Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required. Skills: Experience with complex litigation preferred. Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
