Job Description Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution. Handle matters in Nevada State Court and Federal Court. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value. Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Maintain accurate case management and meet all litigation deadlines. Qualifications Active Nevada Bar license in good standing. 1+ years of Nevada personal injury litigation experience. Experience handling cases in Nevada State Court; Federal Court experience is highly desirable. Ability to independently manage litigation files with minimal supervision. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Compassionate client service approach and positive team attitude.
