Location: Las Vegas, NV Work Arrangement: Hybrid/ Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Application Deadline: Open until Filled About the Opportunity: A leading national law firm is seeking Civil & Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join its Nevada team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with experience in insurance coverage, extra-contractual litigation, and complex civil litigation. Attorneys will have the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters while working directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Key Responsibilities: Manage civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. Work on first-party and third-party property & casualty matters. Handle professional liability, UIM/UM, life, health, and disability matters. Assist with bad faith litigation and related disputes. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents. Develop discovery strategies and conduct depositions. Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and provide strong legal analysis. Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Manage multiple matters independently. Qualifications: 1–7+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience. 4+ years of insurance coverage / extra-contractual experience strongly encouraged. Experience with professional liability, UIM/UM, life, health/disability, or bad faith matters is a plus. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
