Job Details Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution and be comfortable taking ownership of cases and working directly with clients. The position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including commercial disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes, property-related disputes, insurance defense, construction matters, landlord/tenant disputes, and other general civil litigation. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through trial or resolution. Conduct legal research and analysis and develop case strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence. Handle written discovery and take and defend depositions. Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other involved parties. Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters. Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service. Provide practical, business-minded legal advice and identify opportunities for efficient resolution. Qualifications 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Active Nevada bar admission in good standing. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience managing cases with increasing levels of independence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned matters. Strong commitment to client service and practical problem-solving.
