As a Senior Attorney your role is vital in ensuring legal compliance and protecting the interests of our clients. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support to clients which is corporate transactions and litigation. Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues. Negotiate and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Represent corporate clients in court proceedings and other legal matters. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties on legal issues. Manage and oversee legal projects from start to finish. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role. Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
