ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in May 2022 and is a growing team of two with a strong foundation in the business. Before opening my own agency, I helped build my wife’s State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed.

I come from a State Farm family and have been married since 2007, with one child in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, soccer, and golfing. We stay connected to the community by supporting local events and small businesses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marco Murillo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
