The Role Our Assistant Store Managers are sales‑driven leaders and future Store Managers. They lead from the floor, drive revenue, and play a critical role in building high‑performing teams and exceptional customer experiences. This role is highly performance-focused and growth-oriented. As an ASM, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to execute the business, develop top‑selling stylists, and uphold Purpose standards across sales, service, and operations. You will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor leading by example, while also owning key operational responsibilities that support store performance, team development, and customer loyalty. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager role and take on increasing levels of leadership and business ownership.
