Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the facility, yard, dock areas, and other restricted locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, trailer lots, and loading zones, with duties varying based on location conditions and operational needs. Support shipping and receiving operations by observing gate activity, tracking visitor and vehicle movement, and communicating clearly with site contacts regarding security‑related issues and/or unusual activity. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
