Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and deliveries. In this stationary role, you will support access control, monitor front desk activity, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Daytime Sat 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Sun 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or front desk responsibilities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, logging visitor activity, and communicating with site contacts for entry approval. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and security-related concerns according to site procedures. Answer phones, manage visitor check-in and delivery-related inquiries, maintain accurate front desk records, and support emergency response activities when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
