Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.76 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and other security‑related duties at the front desk. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location policies. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with staff and emergency responders when appropriate. Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity or concerns through proper channels. Support a professional front desk presence in a healthcare location by assisting with directions, answering routine questions, and following emergency response activities when needed. Minimum Requirements Security experience of 2+ years is required. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Must be 21+ years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. X‑Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
