Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.78 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols to help support authorized entry and orderly operations. Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, policy-related concerns, and daily activity, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and/or site representatives. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
