Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.78 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines. Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
