Shifts Available: Evening (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Emprime Solutions LLC is a provider of concierge services, specializing in residential communities across New Jersey. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service and creating a welcoming experience for residents and guests. We are seeking two professional and dependable Front Desk Concierges to join our team! As a concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing attentive and courteous service while maintaining a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, handling deliveries, coordinating building access, and maintaining a consistent front desk presence. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with residents on a daily basis. Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Provide general information and assistance as needed

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

Monitor building access and maintain security awareness

Manage packages and deliveries

Handle resident requests, concerns, or issues in a timely manner

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred

Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with coverage required seven days a week. Weekend availability is required.
