Concierge - Part & Full Time

Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.

Monitor walkie‑talkie, door security system, and fire panel as needed.

Monitor resident sign‑in, sign‑out logs and visitor registration log; ensure building security.

Complete administrative tasks such as filing and making copies.

Fill out and log service request forms for residents and/or staff.

Sell meal tickets and process payroll deduction or personal checks.

Assist with coordinating van schedule for residents.

Follow confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information.

Perform supportive office functions for all departments, including typing.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED.

Polite and professional phone etiquette.

Polite and considerate toward residents, visitors, co‑workers, and management.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
