Advanced Window Systems, LLC is looking for a Retail Brand Ambassador & Events Specialist to help us shine in retail locations and community events—educating customers, showcasing our premium products, and driving excitement around home upgrades.About Advanced Window Systems

What You’ll Do
As our Retail Brand Ambassador & Events Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and engaging customers:
- Be the Face of the Brand: Represent Advanced Window Systems in retail stores, home shows, and local events with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage & Educate Customers: Start conversations, answer questions, and demonstrate the value of our energy-efficient products
- Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver interactive displays and product demos that capture attention and build interest
- Drive Qualified Leads: Connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads for our sales team
- Execute Events: Set up, manage, and break down promotional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Build Relationships: Partner with retail staff, event organizers, and community contacts to expand our reach
- Stay Informed: Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up with industry trends in home improvement
What You Bring
- A high-energy, positive attitude and love of meeting new people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to spark conversations and build trust quickly
- Experience in retail, promotions, events, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Flexible schedule (weekends and events are key!)
- Interest in home improvement, energy efficiency, or design is a big plus
