Product Manager - Enterprise Pricing

An Insight Global client is seeking a Product Manager to support and expand its Commercial Pricing and Merchandising product portfolio. This is a net-new role focused on a homegrown internal pricing platform that enables sales teams to price deals accurately and efficiently across a highly complex SKU environment (150k+ SKUs).

The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to intake demand, lead discovery, define priorities, and translate business vision into a clear, executable product roadmap. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in business-driven environments where the roadmap is led by the business and enabled by technology.

Key Initiative
Homegrown Pricing Tool - Net New Initiative
• Own product intake and delivery for a new Deal Desk capability within the pricing ecosystem
• Enable sales teams to:
o Effectively price new deals, renewals, and auto-renewals
o Support annual pricing models
o Price items competitively alongside innovation-driven offerings
• Serve as the product bridge between Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and Engineering

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead intake and discovery for commercial pricing initiatives within a homegrown enterprise platform
• Partner with internal Sales and Pricing teams to capture voice of the customer
o Understand how pricing tools are used today
o Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and unmet needs
• Perform gap analysis and define future-state product vision
• Translate stakeholder feedback into a prioritized, business-aligned roadmap
• Define, establish, and track KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics, including building metrics from scratch
• Drive execution through agile delivery models:
o 2 week sprint cadence with frequent releases
o Ability to support longer-term initiatives delivered incrementally
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and business leadership
• Ensure all product decisions are grounded in business outcomes and commercial impact

$60/hr to $70/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6-7+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience in systems or application product management
o Discovery, design, and development lifecycle ownership
• Proven ability to work directly with internal Sales and Pricing stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with:
o Gap analysis and future-state planning
o Roadmap creation and prioritization
o Translating stakeholder input into clear product requirements
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a net-new product role
• Strong agile experience:
o 2 week sprint cycles
o Kanban experience preferred
• Background in digital platforms, ideally homegrown/internal enterprise systems
