Job Description Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessment and response to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services. They recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. The role involves proactive outreach and follow up, learning about clients’ financial needs and banking channel preferences, identifying appropriate solutions for new and existing clients, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products, providing a consistent optimal client experience, collaborating with branch team members, opening new accounts, completing service requests, submitting credit applications, and proactively educating clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Location: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days. Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business‑level proficiency of Spanish and English is required.
