Shift: 1st

Shift Details : Ability to cover hours Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 8:00pm. On Fridays from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Saturday morning shift between 7:45am to 1:00pm at the West Bend Health Center (1700 W Paradise Drive) approximately 4 to 5 Saturdays a year. Travel to following locations to assist with staffing needs is required:

Job Summary:

Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting.


EXPERIENCE:

Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program of 6 months or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.


EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.


TRAINING:

Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma.


LICENSURE:

ASCP certification preferred.


SPECIAL SKILLS

Knowledge of medical terminology.
