About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Americas to take on a pivotal role as the strategic customer partner and the primary accountable leader for revenue, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts in the North American West territory and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers. This demanding position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years' of enterprise software sales experience, particularly in leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals, and a proven track record of success in the SaaS, vertical software, or design/manufacturing software sectors. Key responsibilities for the role include owning the complete responsibility for all enterprise customers and prospects in the specified territories, developing and executing comprehensive account plans, and leading consultative discovery conversations to understand customer needs. The role also involves leading complex deal negotiations, evangelizing the company's platform vision, and partnering closely with customer success managers to ensure account health and mitigate churn risk. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion, apparel, or adjacent manufacturing/supply chain industry, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence, with the ability to build trust and relationships at the C-suite level. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and proficiency in Salesforce is a must.
