About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the East region. This role is pivotal in leading and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team, with a focus on driving predictable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Enterprise Account Executives, building a culture of accountability and high performance, and ensuring the disciplined execution of the MEDDPICC sales methodology. They will also be tasked with ramping new team members, conducting regular sales reviews, and partnering with SDRs to establish a repeatable outbound pipeline generation motion. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in SaaS sales, particularly in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, and a proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets. Applicants for the RVP role at the company should have 3-5 years' of frontline SaaS sales leadership experience, a deep knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology, and a successful history of building outbound pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional sales coach, adept at using data to drive performance, and will have experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline are essential, as is the ability to engage in strategic customer opportunities and complex negotiations. The role demands a leader who is passionate about developing their team, operates with urgency and ownership, and is comfortable in a rapidly growing, ambiguous environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or developer-focused SaaS solutions, and familiarity with modern sales tools.
