AWESOME./ppOVERALL JOB OBJECTIVE:/ppThe Email Marketing Analyst will plan, build, and optimize email and marketing automation programs, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced segmentation, campaign execution, and A/B testing to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention across all Zumba business lines./ppThe ideal candidate combines execution with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, using performance data to generate insights and continuously improve targeting, messaging, and lifecycle strategies. Basic HTML knowledge is required./ppJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:/ppEssential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned./pulliLead the strategic execution and in-depth analysis of email and push notification campaigns across diverse business units to drive engagement and revenue growth./liliPartner with cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, events, technology, apparel, customer care, international) to optimize workflows, prioritize initiatives, and manage communication strategies using detailed project timelines./liliOversee rigorous QA processes in collaboration with brand managers, ensuring all email componentslinks, images, subject lines, personalization, and audience segmentationare accurate, functional, and aligned with business goals./liliDevelop comprehensive performance reports for email campaigns and automation, leveraging data to highlight key successes, emerging trends, and actionable opportunities for channel optimization./liliProvide strategic insights on the competitive landscape, guiding the adoption of innovative practices and maintaining leadership in email marketing excellence./liliMonitor and enhance email deliverability metrics, driving initiatives to sustain list health and maximize audience reach./liliArchitect and refine complex lifecycle email journeys, implementing strategic recommendations to enhance performance and align with broader marketing objectives./liliConduct high-impact analyses to uncover opportunities for growth and deliver strategic recommendations on email campaign effectiveness./liliEffectively communicate the value and impact of the email channel on key executive metrics, such as revenue, customer engagement, and retention./liliWork directly with analysts to provide more in depth analysis and insights to deliver against business goals./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities: None/ppRequirements/ppREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/pulliBachelors degree in marketing or related field/lili5+ years of experience in email/digital marketing or related industries/liliProven experience with large data analysis/liliGood understanding of advance segmentation logic/liliKnowledge in SQL building dashboards./liliKnowledge of HTML/CSS and email development/liliProven experience with campaign analysis/liliStrong experience with email automation, and personalization, live clickers/ Movable Ink/liliExperience using Photoshop, Figma, and, Dreamwear and Microsoft suites/liliExperience using Iterable or enterprise level ESPs/liliExperience with Lead capture form and shopify integration/li/ulpDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/pulliResults driven with strong analytical, data and project management skills/liliOutstanding verbal and written communication skills/liliAble to work independently and also effectively collaborate with larger teams./liliSelf-starter and quick learner, with the ability to adopt and apply new and advanced marketing technologies to improve performance/liliMust be organized, detail oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and result driven/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment./li/ulpPHYSICAL DEMANDS:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
